NU hosted the Fourth IAPR TC3 Workshop on Artificial Neural Networks in Pattern Recognition (ANNPR) on April 11-13, 2010, at the Smart Village Club conference facility. This Workshop acted as a major forum for international researchers and practitioners working in all areas of neural network based pattern recognition to present and discuss the latest research, results, and ideas in these areas. The workshop was organized by The International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR), Springer (Lecture Notes on Computer Science, LNCS), Nile University, and Ulm University (Germany). Over 30 researchers from several institutions around the globe participated in the workshop.
