In cooperation with IESE Business School, NU School of Business Administration offers an Executive Development Program tailored for executives and managers leading their organizations into the competitive global marketplace.
Program Outline & Dates
Each module is delivered over a period of 5 days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, over a total period of 4 months
Module 1
Laying the Foundations
Overview:
The first module will lay a solid foundation for the program and provides a forum for discussion on key business essentials, enabling managers to share and strengthen their knowledge on management fundamentals.

Providing a Global Perspective
Overview:
The second module will aim to broaden participants’ perspective on the fundamentals in general management. Through the analysis of best practice companies from a wide range of sectors, industries and countries, participants will be challenged to look at the role managers must play in order to lead their people and companies more effectively in the global marketplace

Module 3
Sustaining Competitive Advantage
Overview:
This module will continue to present the latest concepts in general management to participants, highlight the internal factors that can be changed and improved within their companies (leadership, innovation) and external elements that must be negotiated (global economic environment) if they are to manage effectively.

Module 4
Leading into the Future
Overview:
This last module will bring together the learning points covered in the previous sections and will focus on the executive’s role in managing change, developing corporate strategies that create value for shareholders and identifying and unleashing entrepreneurial potential in their firms.
