The opening remarks of the Conference were given by H.E. Dr. Tarek Kamel, Minister of Communications and Information Technology. Commenting on the Conference, Dr. Tarek Khalil, NU President & Provost, and Founder of the IAMOT, noted that the Conference stresses Egypt's key role in the region's technological development.
